The front desk staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They helped us with communication barriers, covered our bikes during the rain, and provided a delicious breakfast. The hotel location was convenient, the room was spacious and clean with strong wifi, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The parking was secure, and our dog was welcomed. The only downside was no in-room coffee/tea making facilities, but the coffee at breakfast was great and we could take it to our room.

my second stay in chateauneuf-sur-loire this summer and i can confidently say that hotel du parc exceeded my expectations. spacious and clean rooms, excellent wifi, and a quiet atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. the staff were very helpful and the location was convenient for exploring the town and chateau. definitely recommend!

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the warm welcoming of the staff. , I loved the fact that the hotel was close to many attractions, which allowed me to explore the town effortlessly. the hot shower was fantastic after a long day of sightseeing.

I was disappointed by the lack of amenities provided by the hotel. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which would have been perfect for a winter stay.
